Terms of service

1. Who we are

ssg.media is run by SSG MEDIA, a print, apparel and branding studio based in Totowa, New Jersey. "We" and "us" mean SSG MEDIA; "you" means anyone who uses this site or places an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and pricing

  • Prices are in US dollars. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. We may change prices for future orders at any time.
  • Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout where they apply.
  • An order is accepted once payment goes through. We may decline or cancel an order before production, with a full refund, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was posted in error, or the content breaks Section 4.

3. Your artwork and proofs

  • You're responsible for the content you send us: text, logos, photos and designs. We don't proofread for spelling, grammar or accuracy.
  • When we send a proof, review it carefully. Approving a proof means you accept its content, layout and colors as shown.
  • Proofs and on-screen previews show layout and content, not exact color. See "Small color differences" in the Refund & Return Policy.
  • If we design something for you, we'll send a proof before printing.

4. Content rights and what we won't print

  • You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, trademark, photo and design you send us.
  • If someone makes a legal claim against us because content you supplied infringes their rights, you agree to work with us to resolve it and to cover the reasonable costs that claim causes us.
  • We may refuse any order we believe is unlawful, infringes someone's rights, is hateful, harassing, threatening or obscene, or misleads people about who sent it.

5. How we use your files

We use your files only to produce and deliver your order, and to keep for easy reorders. We never sell or share your designs. We won't show your work in our portfolio or marketing without your permission.

6. Refunds, shipping and privacy

Our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

7. Our responsibility

  • If an order is defective or misprinted, our responsibility is to fix it as described in the Refund & Return Policy: reprint, replace or refund.
  • For business customers, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we're not responsible for lost profits or other indirect losses, such as an event that went ahead without the printed materials.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for personal injury, for our own gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or any right you have under New Jersey or federal consumer law.

8. Using this website

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, scrape it in bulk, or interfere with how it works. Product photos and site content belong to SSG MEDIA or their owners and can't be copied without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If you're a consumer, you keep any right you have to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
